After a rocky start Lawn Starter made it right and did a great job that made me a happy and loyal customer. Martin did a great job covering all areas and the cut height was as expected. Another thing I liked about the cut is the stripes of dark and light greens. The edging was excellent and the yard looks great front and back. This excellent performance takes a load of my back at least once a month where the major cut is done by Lawn Starter, and if needed I can maintain it. Thank you and thanks to Martin. Great customer service as well.

I want to update my review to acknowledge and commend Janice from the Consumer Complaint Bureau on behalf of LawnStarter Lawn Care for her outstanding professionalism and empathy. After my initial one-star review, Janice personally reached out to me, listened carefully to my concerns, and truly understood the frustration I experienced with repeated rescheduling, poor-quality work, and unexpected contract penalties. She respectfully asked how the situation could be rectified and worked with me to cancel my contract and arrange reimbursement for the additional fees, while also ensuring that the Pro who performed the service was fairly compensated for his time. I greatly appreciate her ability to find a fair and thoughtful resolution. While this resolution was handled with care and efficiency, it does not take away from the original inconvenience and disappointment I experienced as a first-time customer. That said, I give full credit to Janice and LawnStarter for taking my feedback seriously and acting quickly to make things right. Her professionalism and care turned what began as a very negative situation into a demonstration of excellent customer service, and as a consumer, it is greatly appreciated!

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
