Coach Rob is great. He is super patient and builds a plan that works for the individual. Workouts are challenging but not so hard that I’m discouraged or dread going to the gym. He’s responsive to questions and always professional. He’s a great trainer and I’d recommend him to others looking to lose weight or tone up!

Working with coach Rob has been so great. Week 1 and I’m down pounds & i feel so confident. The gym can be a scary place, but going in with a plan from coach Rob makes me feel like i can crush my goals. The price is affordable & definitely worth the cost. Coach Rob puts all his attention into his 1-1 clients and responds within a couple minutes when i need him. I would say the next 11 weeks are going to be just as good. I uploaded a week progress, right being when i started and left being 1 week later.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The intial requested price is the stadard for a single 1:1 session. All services offer bundles recieve teired discounts and allow weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments. Loyalty and referral programs also offer further savings.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    With a new client, the typical process first requires a consultation to obtain important information to allow me to serve you the best that I can. Following this, payment is made and the custom program is created within a 72hr window.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am NASM Certified with a fitness nutrition specialization, trained with emphasis on hypertrophy, and I am currently in school for a B.S. in Dietetics.
