- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The on-site bid is the key exchange of customer needs and goals and tree pro education and recommendations. I always leave the property owner with a written bid at that meeting, so that they can verify that I properly addressed their concerns and so that they can make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several decades experience in business. My priorities are worker and customer safety, property protection, and full cleanup. Accidents are preventable.
