Muning was excellent! She catered to my needs and is very big on safety in the poses. She teaches you how to do them correctly as to not hurt yourself. She has a wonderful disposition!
I took two classes with Bettina, and I left both of these experiences feeling refreshed mentally and physically. The yoga poses transitioned well from one to the next and Bettina always offers modifications for poses, or ways to challenge yourself more. I would definitely stick with this class, and plan to when it becomes available to me.
