- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate, but lower that rate to Thumbtack customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in our office and discuss the options. If the client wants to go forward with the case we have a service agreement and a retainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree, and I have completed numerous training courses to include surveillance, death investigation, interview and interrogation, and body language interviewing to name a few.
