Introduction: As administrative assistant and executive assistant, I was responsible for the generation of monthly and weekly reports, such as the monthly maintenance plan and the plan of the week. I managed logs and records of employee training, regulations, agent licensing and certifications. I also performed research and analysis for the company client retention database and comparable market analysis. Other areas of administration duties included the following:

* Review and finalize director's correspondence
* Attend and take minutes at meetings
* Develop and maintain referral and community resource directories
* Meet with vendors to negotiate contract for office equipment and supplies
