My roots, however, have always been grounded in the soulful flavors of the dishes I grew up with. Raised on soul food, I developed a deep appreciation for rich, comforting flavors. Along the way, I also fell in love with the vibrant and bold tastes of Jamaican cuisine, which has had a profound influence on my cooking style. Chef Desi provided catering services during Christmas, and everything was absolutely wonderful. She prepared a great variety of delicious Southern foods for both dinner and brunch. The menu included crab fish, fried chicken, curry chicken, cabbage, and mac and cheese plus much more —all of which were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The food was well-seasoned, fresh, and enjoyed by everyone. On top of that, Chef Desi has a very nice and welcoming personality, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend her for catering, especially for holiday events
