Jack and his associates were wonderful to work with. We had a full bathroom remodel that required general contractors, plumbing, electricians, and HVAC specialists. Everyone was professional, timely and kind. Sandi in the office kept everything moving smoothly. Jack was there every step of the way ensuring quality. There was one minor leak that occurred after completion. Jack brought in the team early the next morning and covered all repairs. The BDLR Group provided outstanding craftsmanship at an exceptional value. We initially hired them along other things a flooring update, and during the project they discovered water damage from the air handler. Not only did they repair it correctly, but the fix is long lasting, not a temporary patch. They also removed the popcorn ceiling and repainted the entire home beautifully.
The owner, Jack Collins was consistently on time, responsive and professional throughout the process. The team’s thoroughness and attention to detail truly set this team apart. They do not do band aid work- they solve the issue so the results stand the test of time. Jack also replaced the exterior wood on both the side porch and front porch, and the finished work looks sturdier than the original construction.
It was a pleasure to also meet the Furst Lady of the company, and the owner who has been featured on a home rehab TV show, it’s clear why their work stands out. The results exceeded our expectations and have increased the homes rental value above market rates. They are great people and run a truly reliable business. Thank you.
