Introduction: We offer home inspections, residential design and HUD 203(k) consulting services provided for buyers or owners of properties using the FHA section 203(k) loan program. Services include inspection of one to four-family residential buildings, creation of a construction work write-up report, computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) services for building alterations, construction cost estimate, HUD document reporting and construction inspection services. Services are provided by a HUD certified, single-family compliance inspector, certified plan reviewer and certified 203(k) consultant on a HUD-approved fee basis. Consultant has a professional degree in architecture, and has over twenty years of building design, code review, construction and inspection experience.
