I enjoyed meeting Mia today. She was on time, brought all supplies, did everything I needed done. She remade my bed from top to bottom. She was respectful of my two cats who knew she liked animals. Number one she is trustworthy and extremely polite. I will definitely ask Mia to come back. Not a particle of dust escaped her.

I originally scheduled a cleaning with Nia on 8/16/25. About an hour before the scheduled cleaning she informed that she could not complete the cleaning because her AC was out at her home. Understandable, so the cleaning was canceled. I scheduled another cleaning to occur on 9/13/25. Nia agreed on the date and time (10am). The day prior she informed me that her hair appointment was rescheduled from 2pm to 10am so she needed to move my cleaning to 4pm. I moved things around in my schedule and agreed to 4pm. The last text Nia sent me was “see you then”. Nia was a no call no show on 9/13/25. I called and text her and she did not respond. At the very least she could have informed me she could not make it. I moved things around in my schedule to accommodate her hair appointment. Nia is unprofessional and undependable I do not recommend.

She is a scam she can literally clean but is lazy. You pay for a deep cleaning, and she gives you a cleaning? Said she moped and everything didn't know it was on camera now she blocked me because I exposed her!

Hello ma’am, I just left the home and I waited an hour for you to come back from hanging out and dropping your friends off so we can do a walk through. We did the walk through and you said everything looks good. It was only after I left you that you are now saying that I didn’t do a thorough job. Why would I wait an hour for you to come back if I’m trying to scam you? I was there for 3 hours to get the job done. Unfortunately, I feel like you’re trying to avoid paying me now because you waited 10 minutes once I left from our walkthrough to say something. I’m sure your camera showed me cleaning everything listed in your package on my website.
