I can not recommend Andre. He sent text 25 minutes before his 10: 30 apt time asking if it would be OK if he came at 11 am SHARP instead? Didn't see his message til 10: 29am as was busy cleaning around the house but I messaged him back as soonas I read it that 11am woukd be fine. He never showed up & no further response!
