  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    For a faster process when giving a cost/prices/quotes it's important that you send the occasion (birthday, anniversary, grad, wedding,etc), event date and the number of guests. This is how the process begins. I use the client inspo pic to know the idea you have in mind. I don't repeat the work of other baking colleagues, so I always try to give a personal touch to the cake. I also like to present my own ideas.
