Fantastic experience with this company. I had an old leaking toilet which I wasn’t sure if it made sense to repair or replace. The plumber was VERY responsive and informative during the communication phase. He came out the morning following my initial contact. Diagnosis was quick and we agreed to do a toilet replacement. He agreed to let me go to Lowe’s to pickup a replacement while he removed the old toilet. It took me a little longer than anticipated but he was patient and waited. He was able to quickly install my new kohler toilet. It’s working perfectly. I would definitely use this company again, mainly because of the communication, professionalism and speed.

ER Plumbers saved us!!! My husband and I began to change out our shower lever late one Saturday evening. We tore apart the old lever in order to put in a new updated lever. We realized soon thereafter that we were in over our heads as our wall parts were outdated when compared to the new system we bought. We had to turn off the water to our whole house because of what my husband and I had done. I downloaded the Thumbtack app at 9:00pm on a Saturday night, then I requested plumbing assistance. ER plumbers immediately contacted me. Other companies contacted me as well but given my text messages with the ER plumber I just knew I was in good hands. The next morning ER plumbers came to my house, assessed the situation and was able to replace our shower lever. We had a working shower again. He saved us and we now have found a plumber we can trust and is not going to overcharge us or tell us things we really don’t need to complete a job. I waited over a week to complete this survey so as not to complete the survey prematurely. I highly recommend ER Plumbers!!!

I would definitely recommend ER Plumbers for any project. The service was amazing and Mr. Elcar's professionalism was great. We contacted them the night before we needed service and they were available the next day. Explained everything, took his time and completed the toilet repair in optimal timing. I had a main line septic blockage. I had already had the tank pumped but needed the main line cleared because we still had issues after pump. I explained the issue in my request. ER responded within 5 mins of post. He gave me estimate over phone They came out next morning. Took care of blockage and replaced water valve for toilet (existing issue). Price was as discussed and we can use our facilities again. Will definitely use for future work.
