Beautiful evening, perfect menu...Tony was on time and came prepared. He needed minimal assistance so we all could act as guests. Every course was beautifully presented and delicious from the appetizer to the impressive dessert. He was personable and shared details about the ingredients he used because everyone wanted to know! I highly recommend Tony because he is fun to work with and delivers an excellent meal!

Tony is not only a fantastic chef, but a wonderful host. He is incredibly passionate about food, which comes across both in the delicious meals that he curates and in the knowledge that he is able to share about everything from cooking techniques to the stories behind each of his ingredients.
