I (Ebby) am a 6 year certified personal trainer currently based out of Atlanta, GA (Smyrna area). Since beginning my fitness journey, I have had a passion to help other women become their best selves through fitness. Using a mix of weight training as well as HIIT style training, I am invested in empowering and motivating women to be strong, healthy and CONFIDENT!

I have tried every diet trend and fad out there and nothing has worked. I messaged Ebby Faith Fitness and got a response quickly after. I liked that it would be a more personal setting and that she was a female trainer and not a male acting like he knew a woman's body more then a woman. The scale has changed but not as quick as I would like due to medical issues but I watched how my body has began to transform and that's all thanks to Ebone. She provides fun and hard workouts that are rewarding as well as nutrition plan. Thank you Ebby Faith Fitness for helping get to where I am today. If anyone is in need of a trainer recommend her 100%.

I’ve been working out with Eb for going on 2 years. It was the best decision I ever made!! She not only cares about your needs but she cares about you as a person and for me that is worth more than any amount of money. She not only holds me accountable, but she is devoted to creating workouts that have helped me loose weight, shape up, and most importantly give me a sense of life back and confidence!! I constantly get compliments on my progress and it all a product of the time, love, and devotion she puts into ever workout session. And during one of the most challenging times in my life she was there to console me and remind me that I am someone and that I have to believe in myself. For that I am forever grateful!! Even though I am military and travel to new locations she never forgets about me or my workouts. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who cares about you, your well being, your health, your mental well being, who is beautiful on the inside and out, then Eb is the person for you!!
