Raymond Goodman, All-Day Plumbing, Inc., has been one of the most professional and dependable persons we have dealt with in years. We have recommended him to neighbors and friends -- and we all have the same opinion. Thank you Raymond, Bob and Kim

Raymond did work in my home last month (February 2014). I was very pleased and completely satisfied with the job. He and his assistant installed two toilets, repaired a water-damaged section of ceiling drywall, and replaced an old bathtub drain with a new stopper trim kit. His bill was the same as the verbal work estimates he quoted me on the phone and was very reasonable. I had called two other plumbers for quotes before choosing All-Day. I have referred him to a friend recently and plan to have them back do a flooring job in a spare bathroom next.

I needed a new motor attached to my above ground pool system and a new valve installed for an existing faulty valve. Raymond showed up and hooked the motor up with existing parts-took about 20 minutes. He had to go after the new valve and an hour and 20 minutes later he shows up with the necessary parts. Installed and found that the new installation leaked. Left again for40 minutes- I live within 10 minutes of Home Depot and Lowes- and he quickly installed the new parts when he returned. No Leaks. The charge was 600 dollars. This should have been a quick easy fix for a professional plumber. I consider this a rip-off. Total job took about 6 hours.
All-day Plumbing Inc.'s reply
Thanks for your review we try and improve from our customers feedback; however, your review is inaccurate. While some parts we stock on the truck others we dont.....wish we could carry it all but thats another story. Upon arrival the Technician looked at your pump determined that the necessary parts to complete the job wasnt on the truck. Technician proceeded to "Home Depot" and Customer called Technician while in Home Depot and Technician advised that customer that all the parts was not at the store. Therefore the tech. Proceeded to a plumbing supply to purchase parts thats wasnt 10 minutes away from customer address. Once Technician returned Customer had to drain pool before any work commenced. Once the parts was installed Technician had to wait until Customer refilled the pool to test new piping and valve. Technician Had a leak this is true; However, it was due to trying install piping while pool was draining ( Technician Mistake) Nevertheless, the 6 hours it took too complete job was not due to lack thereof from technician capabilities or professionalism. Customer in his review failed to mention that the above the Ground swimming pool had to be drained and refilled at the begining and the end. However, and the customer advised Tech. that it takes 3-4 " Hours" to fill the pool back to the necessay point whereas the pump could be activated. Once again thank you for your review we appreciate your feedback.

I had a major job that needed to be done in my new house and I had never had to call a plumber. I was dreading it because I thought it would be several thousands of dollars. I called All Day and they came to do a free estimate. They ended up doing the job for less than half what I expected and they did a great job! They were on time, very friendly, and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them!

About a week ago, the pilot light on our 8 year-old GE water heater went out and wouldn't stay on after relighting. We posted an ad here and Ray responded within 15 minutes (on a Saturday). After informing us he doesn't charge time-and-a-half for weekend jobs, he came by within a few hours to replace the thermocouple. Still having the same issue, we decided I should order a new control kit and he would come by as soon as he could to install it. I received the part on Wednesday and he was there first thing Thursday morning. After the install and eventual hours of troubleshooting, Ray was finally able to identify the problem and we decided to replace the unit entirely. I'm sweating at this point because I know he has already performed at least $500 worth of labor and I'm still without a working water heater. To my complete shock, Ray was willing to put the money earned toward a new water heater at an incredibly fair price for a very nice unit. After a quick install, we now have a very well-reviewed Bradford White water heater that outperforms our GE hands-down. I can't say enough for how great an experience my 8 months pregnant wife and I had after what could have been a nightmare experience.
