We hired Katie to coordinate our wedding at the Lesner Inn. Her wedding coordination was fantastic and helped make our wedding day stress free. She was communicative, efficient, and definitely knows the wedding industry. She made sure to clarify any questions to make sure our day was perfect. She helped coordinate our rehearsal and even gave me an amazing recommendation for our florist. I don’t think words could describe how absolutely wonderful Katie was as a day of coordinator. I had a small wedding with about 20 guests and I DIYed decorations and flowers, but I needed someone to be there for the little details like set up, communication, and ceremony music. I could not be happier with the experience. I sent Katie a single picture for inspiration and 3 boxes of decorations to set up my reception and she absolutely blew me out of the water. The place was beautiful. The peace of mind she was able to provide me on this chaotic day was nothing short of perfect and truly a blessing. If you are searching for a day of coordinator consider your search over. You will not regret using Katie for your special day. I wish I had more pictures of her work, but I couldn’t even wait 12 hours after the wedding to post this review.

We are so glad we chose Katie to be our day of coordinator. She took the lead on everything so we were able to really focus on enjoying our day. Being a bride, you spend so long stressing over perfecting every little detail and when you’re big day arrives it can be tough to put it all in someone’s else’s hands. But everything turned out perfect. It is so hard to leave a bunch of decorations and supplies and a few instructions that you spent a year and a half planning and just leave it with someone else hoping that it turns out as you planned it. But it was amazing to come out and see my vision come to life just as I had imagined it. She really helped make my day feel magical. The day went so smoothly and any little hiccup that came along she handled quickly before it even became an issue. Everytime I saw her she was hard at work making sure things were running smoothly. And everytime we spoke she spoke with kindness and professionalism.

THANK YOU!!! Katie was there for my cousins wedding the day of and took so much stress off of us. She was on time, as well as all the vendors. She assisted with pictures. Everyone was where they needed to be and when! She went the extra mile to help with the send off. Very professional and we didn’t have to lift a finger. It was perfect, I could not recommend her more!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I believe that not every couple has the same needs as everyone else. For this reason I have several different price points based on hours. I base my fee around what I feel is necessary to complete the day for the couple and what their specific needs are.
