Katie was so essential for our big day! She was crucial to getting the wedding party in place before the ceremony and making sure we all did what we were supposed to do. She was also a huge help throughout the reception, making sure we were on track with what we had envisioned and then helping (really orchestrating!) with clean up at the end of the night. She was so responsive throughout the whole process, even when we were going back and forth with our rain plan. But the day was perfect! And Katie was a huge part of that!

Katie was awesome this was my first wedding for my oldest daughter and without her I think things would not have gone so smoothly I know I was so nervous and she kept me calm . She answered all my questions and kept me informed of everything that was going to happen and timed everything perfectly.. The wedding went off without a hitch thanks to Katie I really do appreciate all the work she did I would definitely recommend her.

Katie was an amazing day-of wedding coordinator. She made sure the order of events went according to plan with my venue's events manager, and coordinated with my photographer, DJ, florist, bakery, and other vendors. She kept me calm when it started raining and I feared my wedding would have to be moved indoors (it worked out in the end) as well as when my officiant had to leave due to the weather delay. She helped with set up and clean up at the end of the night and made sure we did not leave any outside items at the venue. I highly recommend Katie for your wedding planning/coordination needs! In addition to being organized, punctual, and responsive, she is an absolute sweetheart!

I believe that not every couple has the same needs as everyone else. For this reason I have several different price points based on hours. I base my fee around what I feel is necessary to complete the day for the couple and what their specific needs are.
