Moving out of our house that we sold and I needed just two bathrooms cleaned and the floors cleaned. Allan did a good job but he missed cleaning the medicine cabinet and sundries cabinet above the toilet in the master bathroom. The floors looked terrific. I would recommend him as he was on time and did a good job despite the little miss.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not particularly other than using the traditional ways which everyone else uses around. There are a few apps out there. Haven't tried them yet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all being honest, personable, friendly and understand what's your customer wants. I have worked in retail management for more than 10 years and dealt heavily in customer service. My main goal is to providing a great customer service to my customers. Striving and do whatever it takes to exceed my customers' highest satisfactions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an entrepreneurial mind set. I have a bachelor degree in business management and my dream has always been one day to own a small business. I have been doing cleaning services off and on in the past initially to earn an income to help pay for school. Being employed around, I came to a conclusion that being employed around wasn't my ultimate goal, owning my own small business is.
