Matthew Mcguire was the gentleman that come out from Allred Heating. He arrived on time and was very professional from the get go. I explained the issue which I was having with the furnace. He explained and showed me step by step what he was doing as he went through the furnace components. It didn't upset him that I stood by, watching everything he was doing and my asking questions along the way. He immediately found the problem and corrected all. I have a family cat that means the world to me. Matt was very careful each time entering the door to make sure my cat didn't escape. I could tell he cared about animals which made me happy. If I need help with the furnace in the future, I will INSIST that Allred send only Matt out, NO ONE ELSE!

My appointment was for AC maintenance with Allred Heating Cooling Electric LLC. The tech Chris was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and polite. The AC ran fine, but was shown where things are worn so that they can be replaced before they break. It was a great experience, highly recommend.

Allred responded quickly to my request. Zac was able to come the next morning to look at my furnace. I ended up needing a new furnace and it was installed quickly and efficiently within 2 days of my initial request.
