Great team, very fast and they were communicative and friendly. Didn't give 5 stars for the following reason - we ended up paying a bit more because they showed up with 4 instead of 3 movers. The reason was that initially I had told them there are no stairs to be taken because everything would be in the livingroom. But we ended up having a mattress, 2 dressers, a crib and 2 boxes upstairs. I sent Corey a text about that and he said 'ok no problem'. But ended up bringing a 4th person anyway. Not a big problem but unexpected. And we ended up paying more. In our opinion 4 movers were not needed, we had already moved half of our stuff ourselves by renting a U-Haul. They did a good job, I would not say outstanding. We've moved a lot of times in the past years and also within Paris a few times, where movers moved our heavy appliances, beds, wardrobes and all of our belongings from 6 floors up. They did this with 3 people and finished within 3 hours, that for us was outstanding. This time we did not have any heavy appliances, neither wardrobes and beds, and only half of our furniture and boxes were there. They were very fast though and ended up finishing within 2 hours instead of the planned 3 hours. They (and we) forgot one item though, so they ended up needing 3 hours anyway. But we were very happy with the fact that they came back and delivered us the missing item, that was awesome!
On hardly 12 hours of notice, they arrived 15 mins early and ready to get to work for an 8 am slot. I was totally unorganized and had worried about a no-show, but the 2 person team worked through the clutter of recycling, laundry, and two nervous cats to clean the apartment by 9 am. Great value and service!

Cornelius was great! I needed help with assembling 4 pieces of furniture: a daybed, a work desk, bunkbed, and entertainment console... he was able to complete efficiently in the time expected and did an exceptional job. I appreciate his courteousness in also removing the boxes so it’s easy for me to recycle... it’s the small things. Would highly recommend and use in the future!
Lauren was very thoughtful, caring and supportive during her time in my house! She was insightful as to the actual problems i was having and her advice and suggestions were immediately helpful to alleviate the situations I was facing. I will use the problem-solving techniques she shared in the future and have a better grasp on my issues with clutter. I would definitely refer Lauren's services.

Katherine did a great job helping me clear clutter. She knew where to depose of unwanted items and even took papers home to sort and shred. I hope to have her or someone else back to help me completely clear out the area and create a work space in the garage.
Becky was amazing. Very efficient. I hired her to help me clear the clutter in my deceased son's home. A very difficult task for a grieving mother but Becky was able to tackle it easily and with respect to my wishes. She offered suggestions on how to dispose of things - donate, keep, trash - and even helped to organize others who offered their help to me. She really offers an all-in-one service - top to bottom.
