Our pricing is straightforward and transparent — no hidden fees, no surprises. Rates depend on the size of the home, the type of cleaning, and the level of detail required. We can price per project or per hour per cleaner, depending on what works best for you. All deep, move-in/move-out, and heavy cleanings include detailed work such as baseboards, blinds, interiors of cabinets (if empty), appliances, and more. 💡 Discounts: We offer special pricing for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). 💡 What you NEVER pay with us: No extra fees No hidden charges No upcharges after arriving No surprise add-ons You get the exact price before we start, and that’s the amount you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new clients is simple, clear, and designed to make everything stress-free: Initial Message & Basic Details I ask for a few details about the home (bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size, and specific concerns). This helps me give an accurate quote right away. Clear, Upfront Pricing I provide a detailed estimate based on the type of cleaning you need — with no hidden fees or surprise charges. Scheduling Once you approve the quote, we choose the best day and time for you. I always confirm the appointment and send reminders. Arrival & Walk-Through When I arrive, we do a quick walk-through (if you’re home) to confirm priorities and make sure expectations are aligned. Professional, Detailed Cleaning I bring all my own materials, equipment, and tools. I follow a detailed system to ensure every area is completed with high standards. Final Check Before I leave, I do a final walkthrough (with you or via photos) to make sure everything looks perfect. Follow-Up After the service, I check in to ensure you’re happy with the results and to answer any questions or schedule future cleanings.

I have over 5 years of professional experience providing deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, heavy cleanings, and residential maintenance cleanings.
