John is incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. John was able to provide me with an estimate based on photos alone, which was helpful for budgeting. After our on-site estimate, we expanded the scope from hedge- and tree-trimming to include lawn clean-up — I am so glad we did! John’s crew worked quickly and with incredible attention to detail, getting pesky weeds I’d given up onbetween pavers, carefully trimming my grapevine, and clearing overgrown ivy. My neighbors were impressed, too, that the team even collected leaves from our hedgerow that fell onto their side of the property line. From initial message to project completion, everything was smooth and transparent. I will absolutely partner with John and his team on future projects. Everything looks neat as a pin and I can’t stop smiling.
