Russell was responsive. We were looking to remodel our kitchen and reached out to Russell. He came to our house to talk to us, did measurements, gave us suggestions, and gave us a very detailed and reasonable quotes (his bid was one of the more detailed ones and we really appreciate it; and we talked to many). He also got us to his shop to check out the cabinets, countertop, and various materials. Overall, he was very patient, fair, and very good to work with. While we didn't do the project at the end for personal reasons, I would definitely recommend talking to him on your project.

Russel and team did an absolutely great job with our kitchen remodelling. The final output surpassed our expectations in terms of look, quality and timelines. Would highly recommend Russel and his team, and we are sure to engage them again for future projects . Detailed review: 1. Right from connecting on Thumbtack to visiting the home and providing a detailed estimate - Russel was the most responsive amongst many that bid for the project 2. The estimate was reasonable and provided enough transparency for us to decide faster 3. Russel maintained proactive communication with us and was upfront about when the project will start, anticipated end time . This helped us to plan our move in and other details ahead 4. The best part was keeping to the promised schedule and infact doing better than that. While researching we heard from multiple sources about schedule overruns which is very common, so we were apprehensive. But we were delighted with how the team delivered on time 5. The quality of materials are very good and we are very happy with our kitchen. 6. The only area that could have gone better is a) sharing exact additional costs for new work and b) keeping a running tab of exact costs that get added along the way . The final invoice did turn out a bit higher than what we anticipated- so suggest to keep better track here. Overall we had a wonderful experience . Thank you !

I got multiple estimates for the work we needed done in remodeling our master bathroom after discovering a leak. Russell was very thorough in his estimate from the start which I appreciated. His quote was also way more affordable than any other offer and was able to do the work in a timely fashion. Radu did an amazing tiling job in our shower, just as I envisioned! You definitely have to be patient in this current market with getting supplies in, but that's a problem everywhere! Overall, very happy with how my bathroom turned out and would highly recommend! Plan to use them in the future if a need arises!

Russell and his crew did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel. They installed quartz countertops, tile backsplash, new sinks and faucets, and an induction cooktop and hood. I am very pleased with the quality and attention to detail. Russell was prompt in his communications, and completed the work on schedule. His experienced crew did a beautiful job, were tidy and considerate. I highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and overall dedication of the entire crew. Someone was there working on my project every day, and if pointed anything out to improve or fix it was done immediately. The original time frame for my entire Kitchen remodel was 3 weeks, and they finished on time, which surprised me a bit, since most other quotes were 10-12 weeks, but they pride themselves on working on a job until it is done. Overall I was thrilled with the work and would have no problem using them for future projects.
