The quality of the work was excellent, and the onsite guys were pleasant and professional. The quality of materials was very high and there was a good selection of options within the price point. The team worked very well together and completed the work very quickly. My only reservation was more my issue as a novice than the team's issue. The team was very clear about price changes when I asked for adjustments, but I was not as clear as I should have been on how that would effect the overall costs of my project. In budgeting, I did not take into consideration taxes and how much that would effect the overall costs and would recommend anyone considering a project to account for that in comparing bids. Caution: closely consider what adjustments you make to projects as you go because the cost may be more than you expect. Remodeling Experts delivered on their promises and completed work extraordinarily quickly while maintaining quality. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Russel and team did an absolutely great job with our kitchen remodelling. The final output surpassed our expectations in terms of look, quality and timelines. Would highly recommend Russel and his team, and we are sure to engage them again for future projects . Detailed review: 1. Right from connecting on Thumbtack to visiting the home and providing a detailed estimate - Russel was the most responsive amongst many that bid for the project 2. The estimate was reasonable and provided enough transparency for us to decide faster 3. Russel maintained proactive communication with us and was upfront about when the project will start, anticipated end time . This helped us to plan our move in and other details ahead 4. The best part was keeping to the promised schedule and infact doing better than that. While researching we heard from multiple sources about schedule overruns which is very common, so we were apprehensive. But we were delighted with how the team delivered on time 5. The quality of materials are very good and we are very happy with our kitchen. 6. The only area that could have gone better is a) sharing exact additional costs for new work and b) keeping a running tab of exact costs that get added along the way . The final invoice did turn out a bit higher than what we anticipated- so suggest to keep better track here. Overall we had a wonderful experience . Thank you !

Russell was responsive. We were looking to remodel our kitchen and reached out to Russell. He came to our house to talk to us, did measurements, gave us suggestions, and gave us a very detailed and reasonable quotes (his bid was one of the more detailed ones and we really appreciate it; and we talked to many). He also got us to his shop to check out the cabinets, countertop, and various materials. Overall, he was very patient, fair, and very good to work with. While we didn't do the project at the end for personal reasons, I would definitely recommend talking to him on your project.
