Introduction: Learn to cook from a native Indian chef who learned all her cooking from her mother and grandmother in India.
She has been teaching in local cooking schools in the Seattle area, and she also teaches out of her home in Bellevue. Also, she teaches ayurvedic cooking.
All classes are custom menus based on input received from the group. Group sizes are small, and is taught out of an Indian kitchen, with special emphasis on spices and instruments suited for this style of cooking.
