Adam was excellent. I wanted to replace my old rackety fence with a new one to keep the dog safe and contained, and Adam delivered. it looks greate, functions well. and best of all the puppy loves it. I have had several neighbors tell me they love the fence
The fence was completed in a little over 2 weeks, considering there is over 300 ft of fence that was a fast time line. He listened and was resonable when I wanted to make some design changes last minute. (such as not wanting to attach a fence to my house) We ran into some issues (the previous owners old construction materials, including concrete which turned into slabs under ground) Adam worked with me to come up with solutions and would listen to my suggestions and implement them. I would hire him again.

Great work by Adam and Andrew. I worked with PNW Permaculture LLC to get a fenceinstalled around my property. They approached the project professionally, explaining all my options for building the 250+ ft fence. They completed the project on schedule and with good quality workmanship. I would highly recommend their services to anyone planning to build fences.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customers pay for materials and cost of delivery as well as an agreed upon commission for each project. Customers will be offered itemized estimates for the cost of materials, cost of gas/deliver, and commission. We actively work to purchase quality materials at a competitive price. We charge the standard market gas rate per mile for deliveries to job site from our shop in Tacoma.
Customers may ask for discounts on commission but not on materials or delivery.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once PNW Permaculture establishes contact with customers we discuss the services they are inquiring, then schedule an appointment for in person consultation at the job site. After consultation an invoice is drafted as an estimate and sent to customer. The customer then responds, and if an agreement is made then a contract is drafted and a deposit for materials and gas must be made by the customer. No cost increases will incur after deposit is given i.e PNW Permaculture guarantees no more materials will be required for the project. Payment of commission is due upon completion of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a combined 5 years experience in permaculture and construction. Additionally certification in Solar energy consultation and installation.
We have training in tree trimming, lawn cutting and edging, wood working, fence building, construction and hardscaping, water catch systems, irrigation and water features, and retaining walls.
