I had a great experience working with Alex and the Beaver Build team on my office library project, which included painting, custom MDF bookshelves, a window seat, electrical outlet changes, and light fixture installation. I started with only vague ideas and high-level inspiration, but Alex was very understanding, helped me figure out what was possible, and stayed flexible as my requirements changed. The crew was professional, talented, and efficient, and they were very accommodating with material choices, color decisions, and last-minute adjustments. They communicated clearly, made sure my opinions were heard, and finished well ahead of schedule. I’m very happy with how the project turned out and would definitely recommend them.

We had a leak and water got inside the house around a window. Alex was easy to talk to and responded quickly. The crew did a good job finding and fixing the issue. The job took longer than expected (not their fault), and it's great that I was charged according to the initial estimate. The job would normally have been done in 2 days, but on the 2nd day of the project I had to be out of town for a week, and Alex accommodated that by sending the crew to finish the outside of the house first, then sent the crew back again to finish the inside after I returned home. After they finished inside the home and left, I noticed the paint on the window trims started to peel and crack right away. I contacted Alex and he promptly sent the crew back later that day. They thought the problem was caused by the paint that I gave them was too old (almost 5 years) so they sanded the area, purchased and applied new paint, and the issue was fixed, without extra charge, other than I paid more for the paint as initially agreed. We would definitely reach out to Alex again if we have another project.
