FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on property size, number of rooms staged, and rental duration. We offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. All vacant staging proposals include delivery, installation, styling, and removal. Monthly rental periods are standard, with extension options available if a home takes longer to sell. Because staging is an investment tied to marketing and sale performance, we focus on value and results rather than discount pricing. Repeat realtors and long-term partners may qualify for preferred rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation We discuss the property, target buyer, listing goals, timeline, and square footage. For most projects, this can be done quickly via phone or email. 2. Proposal & Agreement You receive a detailed staging proposal outlining rooms staged, pricing, rental period, and schedule. Once approved, we finalize the agreement and reserve inventory. 3. Design Planning We curate a furniture and accessory plan specifically for the home’s layout, style, and buyer demographic. 4. Installation Our team handles full delivery and installation, ensuring the home is photo-ready and show-ready on schedule. 5. Removal Once the home sells or the rental period ends, we coordinate prompt and professional removal. Clear communication, efficiency, and reliability are priorities throughout the process.
