Sergey and Breeze Seattle fit me into their schedule quickly, arrived on time, and presented very professionally. The house was thoroughly cleaned, addressing all those things I never have time for - baseboards, shower walls, all the hidden corners.
When all done, the house looked and smelled lovely. I highly recommend.

Did a fantastic job on the old house rental that I was moving out of today. Looks so new and pretty and clean. Absolutely recommend these folks. They cleaned it from top to bottom (5 bedroom house) and the bathrooms and floors and kitchen all looked so amazing. Couldn't be more grateful and impressed. BreezeSeattle did a great job for our move-in cleaning. They cleaned every corner of the house, the door panels, light fixtures, cabinets inside outside and even the baseboards. They even cleaned the garage.
They were on time and very responsive to our requests.
I would definitely recommend them and plan to actually work with them at least once or twice a year.

This was my first time using a cleaning service. I was a bit nervous, but Sergei was friendly and professional which made the experience so easy.
As you can see from my pictures I have a lot of items around my house. Sergei moved them all to clean and then put them back in a better way than he found the items. I was so impressed with Sergei's work. I will continue to book through him for all of my cleaning needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not overprice our clients despite the fact that we provide high standard services (see our Cleaning protocol at our web). We are flexible to provide one time discount if our client is in a difficult situation. And we offer lower rates if you became our long trem customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer for a cleaning company would involve several steps.
First, the customer would contact the company and provide information about their cleaning needs. Next, the company match requested scope vs Cleanig protocol and make sure we can do these works. Then we provide a quote for the services, including pricing and any additional fees. If the customer agrees to the quote, the company would schedule a date and time for the cleaning to take place. On the scheduled day, the cleaning crew would arrive and perform the services agreed upon.
After the cleaning is complete, the customer would inspect the work and provide feedback to the company. Finally, the company would invoice the customer for the services rendered, and payment would be made according to the terms of the agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees passed several trainings and education cources and have wide practical background in cleaning.
