Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve cardiorespiratory fitness, increase flexibility, or simply improve your overall health and wellness, personal training is the answer to getting the results you want. I believe in it..I live it..it is my lifestyle. Here at Precision Nutrition, we've always included workouts in our coaching programs. Now you can have access to our database of expertly-designed workout programs and use them with clients who choose to workout as well. We offer clients comprehensive exercise programs that seamlessly integrate with their lessons and habits, maximizing their results. -28 expert-designed online workout programs for men and women. -Fully integrated into ProCoach for one seamless client experience. -Covers all common goals, skill levels, injuries & limitations. -Programs include HD video demos and detailed written explanations. -Clients can choose harder / easier options for each exercise. -Proven effective in both in-person and online coaching environments. Plus each workout track contains: -Modifications for every exercise, allowing selected clients to adjust any workout based on their current capabilities. -Hundreds of HD videos and instructions on how to do each movement. -Three variations of each workout (full workout, abbreviated workout, at-home workout) for whatever client's day brings. Workouts are delivered just like the daily nutrition habits via a card within the ProCoach platform. In this card you (client) will be given your workout for the day. And you'll be instructed via photos, high quality narrated video, and text descriptions. Each day, each client has the ability to choose from a menu of 4 options depending on the time they have available or their ability to get to the gym: 1) The full workout, 2) A shortened 30-min version of the workout, 3) An at-home version of the workout, 4) Doing my own thing. For each individual exercise, on any given day, the client (you) also has the ability to choose an appropriate progression (harder) or regression (easier) based on their skill level, or pain, or any other need. Clients (you) will mark off whether they've done their exercise for the day via a card just like their habit cards each day. And exercise consistency will be tracked in your progress area. Your families future and health is well worth this investment. Drahoslav came motivated with tailored workouts to fit everyone in our families fitness level, goals and needs. With his patience, knowledge and guidance he gave us the drive and motivation we needed to make the necessary changes we desired, both individually and as a family. It was optimal for us to do this as a family as we began to demand more from ourselves and motivate each other towards our personal goals. We eventually invited friends to come and experience our excitement. And as the added support was so beneficial to motivate and help us keep the changes in our daily routines as our everyday lives were changing in a positive direction. It was defiantly bringing us closer together as a family and keeping us on track until our next motivationally energized packed session with him. Drahus is a fantastic instructor and with his knowledge of the classes, muscle and mechanical body movement, nutrition, and fun! He has helped me and inspired me to achieve great fitness at a level that I didn't realize I could achieve! Good form in working out helps prevent injuries and is the basis for being able to take your fitness to a higher level that Drahus will get you to. I have had some physical challenges with my spine, muscle, and nerve health and have come such a long way with great instruction in form. I could barely make it through a class when starting and I was in pretty good shape with regular exercise and ok nutrition. I am now in outstanding shape and can finish the classes successfully! I will always be striving to get to the next level in my fitness and nutrition. With the help of Drahus I will always be able to achieve my goals! Drahus brings a great energy and excitement to class! His strength and inspiration add for great goal-achievement! I have enjoyed the awesome drinks and shakes and they are a regular part of my diet. Since working with Drahoslav, I have seen amazing results! As a former Division 1 athlete and coach, I am very impressed with the energy, motivation & expert instruction provided by Drahoslav.
