I search for the best when it comes to hiring an individual whether its for my home, car etc. I look for that one person that takes pride in their work and strives to be the best at what they do. I give everything I got when I do a job and I expect that from who I hire. Nadir is a not only a master realtor but also a teacher to other realtors. I was pleasantly surprised when he took the time to fully explain everything in detail of how he will sell our home and everything that is involved. He made sure that all of our questions were answered. Our home sold quickly. My other neighbors were so impresssed by Nadirs expertise that they sought him out. When afforded the opportunity to purchase the condo I had been residing in from my landlord, Nadir presented both of us with the option of entering in to a dual representation contract. After laying out ALL of our options on the table in a professional, thoughtful and clear manner we agreed to proceed. He saw the entire process through from beginning to end and was always a phone call/email away if you had any questions. Additionally, the mortgage broker we had been partnering with made an error in the closing documents, delaying my closing by one day. Nadir stepped in and quite swiftly negotiated some pretty sweet savings from my closing costs with the mortgage broker.Nadir knows his business. This is the fourth time we engaged Nadir. I told him, "hey Nadir, there is a reason I keep your info in my speed dial -- you always come through." We decided to sell our house and I told Nadir, in late November that I wanted it sold as quickly as possible. He had it on the market with a week and sold in four days, before the first week of December ended. It sold for several thousand dollars more than what we expected. What I like most about dealing with Nadir that there are no hassles, no issues, no surprises. This has been true every time we have dealt with him. Also, it is so clear to me that he does everything possible to look after our interest and makes sure that I understand what is going on.
