The day I contacted, I was able to get an appointment that day. I was OK with the quote provided being due my six seater couch looked horrific. I honestly didn’t think that it was a job that could be done, as my couch had ketchup mustard, among other things thrown on it. The communication was on point from the time I reached out for a quote, to the time they were traveling to me. They were on time for the appointment. Before they took pictures, they asked in which I gave them permission.. professionalism was top-tier. He broke down the steps to me as far as what was being done and how long it was going to take, along with aftercare as far as drying. Very respectful also asked me where they could pour the dirty water. At one point, I actually left to go grab some food. When I came back, they were still doing their job. When they were done, my couch, looked completely brand new. It looked like nothing even happened to it.. no faded stains. Everything was completely lifted off of my couch.. no sour smells etc from the liquid that was thrown on it. It was thoroughly cleaned! Professional did ask me if everything was OK prior to payment. And even said if they miss anything to call them and they would come right back and fix it.. (however there is nothing to fix. They were on point and did everything better than I can imagine.) I definitely would recommend this professional. professionalism 10 out of 10. Work ethic 10 out of 10 manners, 10 out of 10. Value of work/price 10/10. I didn’t find out until afterwards that they also do rug/carpet. I didn’t ask about other services except for that.. however, if I were you, I would ask. Definitely will be contacting them for future services thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience with Puget Steamers. They went above and beyond with the quality of care they placed into cleaning my couch. The urine stains from my dog are completely gone and there are no adverse smells at all. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you!
