About
7-year certified yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator, and corporate wellness expert based in Bellevue, WA — and a 3x Guinness World Record holder in Yoga.
I hold an E-RYT 200 certification from Yoga Alliance USA and a Health, Wellness & Nutrition certification from Harvard Medical School. I have delivered corporate wellness programs for Microsoft, StockCharts, and Syngenta — and I bring that same precision and depth to every private session.
My teaching is rooted in authentic Indian yoga tradition with a strong focus on breathwork and nervous system regulation. Most people are breathing wrong — and specific breathing techniques can measurably change your energy, focus, and stress response. That is where I start with every student.
I offer private yoga sessions, corporate team workshops, breathwork intensives, and prenatal yoga — available at your location or online.

I trained under Neha for almost a year and found to be her as a very clued -in Yoga instructor. She is proficient in her skills and very patient. She was also very mindful of my health conditions and ensured that I train well but at the same time don't feel stressed about it. What stayed with me was that she would always ask about mood and health before starting the sessions. I had Covid-19 in February 2021 and I attribute my quick recovery to then 6 months of yoga with her.Hope to restart my sessions with her soon.

Neha is an amazingly patient teacher. She understands each students requirements and challenges them and encourages them accordingly. I felt very comfortable yet i could see my progress in some very difficult yoga postures in a very short span of time with Neha. Neha focuses on your overall wellbeing. After sessions with her, it was always a sense of fulfillment at the same time eagerness to know more.
