Neha is an amazingly patient teacher. She understands each students requirements and challenges them and encourages them accordingly. I felt very comfortable yet i could see my progress in some very difficult yoga postures in a very short span of time with Neha. Neha focuses on your overall wellbeing. After sessions with her, it was always a sense of fulfillment at the same time eagerness to know more.

I have worked with Neha for about 3 months on breath work specifically and found it absolutely amazing. The breath work definitely made a difference and helped with the problems that I had come to Neha with. She is extremely kind and the positivity that radiates out of her makes one want to show up and be involved. Definitely recommend Neha for any yoga or breath work needs that one may have.
