Derreck was excellent to work with. Very prompt in response, communicated well, and gave a great price in comparison to other quotes. This did not come at a cost of quality or completeness and he helped me determine the best paints with the least expense for my project! I will be calling him again should I need any other projects completed and highly recommend you do the same!

Had a leak in my bathroom where a plumber had to open up the wall and reached out to Derek to see if he could patch up my wall.
He was prompt on replying back to me and came out to my home to assess the situation to provide a quote and start date to repair the wall.
Very professional and quality of the work was great. I would highly recommend to others for any home repair/remodels.

I did a bit of research before choosing PNW Home Improvement. I've never hired a contractor before and based on friends who have had bad experiences with their contractors, I wanted to be careful. Derek could not have been better! He is honest, hard working, within budget, and just an all around good guy who does great work. He even met me at Home Depot and Tiles for Less to help me pick out just what I was looking for. I'm still waiting for my vanity (my fault, I can't decide what color I want), but I love the look of my new powder room! I've recommended PNW Home Improvement to my friends and neighbors : )

I hired Derek to perform a remodel to open up a closet area and frame a new door way to my garage and then wall off the existing door way to my garage. Derek and his team did an amazing job creating the new entrance, closing off the old one, finishing the drywall and making it ready to paint. The quality of the work was excellent and during the work they would always put floor paper down and plastic coverings surrounding the work area in order to keep my house as clean as possible. Derek also went out of his way to make sure I got the proper finishing trim that matched the existing trim in my house.
Derek and his team was always very courteous, and Derek is a perfectionist, always making minor corrections and taking an extra effort to make sure things looked just right and making sure my wife and I were fully satisfied with the work. I would certainly hire Derek again for another project.

Very friendly and forthright. Recommended a colleague but answered tons of questions and gave tons of advice on how to DIY when I suggested this seemed simple and asked if it was something I could manage.
