Margeaux is truly professional! She was very detail-oriented with her staging service. She guided us through the setups room by room, and was “peculiar” with the choice and placement of furniture. She took care of little things such as books on the shelves, soap by the bathroom sink, and size of the rugs underneath the couch pedestal. You can totally trust her in taking care of every square footage of your space! Strong recommend!

Margeaux did an excellent job staging and selling my property. She brought in high quality furniture and decor and I ended up selling for over $100K above asking price! She took the time to explain the entire process of preparing our home to be sold during family legal proceedings. She cares about people and is willing to work very collaboratively with a team of professionals. She is precise with contract negotiations and she is customer service oriented which is why we decided to work with her out of all of the agents we had met. She is able to speak about construction, architectural design/layout, point out staging ideas to really deliver the information one needs to make an informed decision without any pressure. She is definitely one of the top agents in the Seattle area and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or prepare to sell their property.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultation: Free
We do full or partial staging..
We require one weeks notice to remove staging.
For an occupied home pricing will be based on what furniture is used and amount of accessories + art used.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a consultation to measure the space and plan the staging design. After items are selected I get customer approval and schedule the installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained as an interior designer with Pottery Barn and I am an Accredited Staging Professional designated by King County Realtors. I am a Master Certified Negotiation Specialist when it comes to assisting you in the sale of your home. I also am a Certified Multiple Offer Negotiation Expert.
