My recommendation for Corey is unconditional. He began his first project with us in March of this year when when a friend recommended that he would be good help since I needed to get everything off of two decks in preparation for resurfacing. There were big old terracotta pots full of hard packed soil and the upper deck was up 3 stories. Corey figured out how to do this efficiently and kept up a brisk pace. Once the decks were finished he carried the new pots and all of the soil and new plants back up. Corey was careful to check in with me on coordination so that he could be back as soon as the deck was ready. Our next project was cleaning out the side yard including an old fence, construction debris from the project next door and overgrown plantings and material to go to hazardous waste dump. Corey was quick and organized, set up a system for sorting and brought a helper and huge truck to dispose of the stuff. Over the years I have tried to clean up this area but the project seemed overwhelming and no one knew how to attack it. Our house on Queen Anne Hill is 100 years old and there is always something that needs to be done. Corey has a key and I keep a list so he stops by when needed and takes care of things. A special recommendation for Corey is that my dog loves him and she is a very good judge of character.
Our home was going on the market and the night before its listing, the cleaners cancelled. Well, Carmen & Jason showed up first thing in the morning and saved the day! They were both warm, professional, and very thorough. Not to mention, thoughtful of our sleeping children. A great hire for sure!

Iza and her team were wonderful! They showed up on time, were flexible with my schedule (move-out cleaning) and responded to all my questions within minutes. Annastasia was fantastic to work with! Very accommodating for a busy and hectic schedule, willing to do what it takes to make it work. The apartment managers (these were move out cleaners) were very impressed by their work and we had absolutely no charges or re-cleaning fees, we got our entire deposits back. The only thing that worried me is sometimes there wasn't a confirmation before the cleaning and there was more of a 'window' of when it would get done than an actual time. It all got done, not necessarily in the time previously designated, which sort of stressed me out initially, but it got done on time and they did a good job!
Sound Cleaning and their team have been cleaning for me for years, and I will never switch. Their work is terrific...they clean every nook and cranny - great attention to detail. Before hiring Sound Cleaning, I had a number of different cleaners who were okay, but my house is so much cleaner now, it's amazing. And they go above and beyond for me whenever I need extra help - I really appreciate how they've been able to squeeze in cleanings for my friends and other special favors. I am absolutely delighted with their service!

I have had many house cleaners in the past on a one time basis, and all have been ok to good. This last weekend, I had Evelia Ramos come and clean and I was extremely happy with the job she did. She works fast and she got everything looking like brand new and very clean. She even noticed things that I had missed that needed cleaning very badly (such as spider webs in the windows. I made an ongoing cleaning appointment with Evelia to come once a month and clean my home. I cannot express again how happy I was that I found Evelila!!!
She was amazing. I have hired 5 house cleaners and none could get the dust or even around sink knobs. She is truly AMAZING. You will not regret hiring her. My home requires a lot of professionalism due to my job and she respected my home and the privacy.
NATA's cleaning service was fantastic! Quick and responsive when setting up the initial clean, and thorough, thoughtful, and professional throughout the clean. The two cleaners (man and woman) took 3.5 hours our 2,200 sq foot home, and even took off the knobs on the oven to ensure every corner was scrubbed. Truly appreciate their hard work!
After trying 2 other cleaning companies, I think we found the one we'll stick with: they were fast, did an incredible job cleaning (I seriously couldn't find one fault, so that's pretty darn good), communication with the owner was fast and thorough, and I have her email & phone #, and the price is right / comparable to others I've used or gotten quotes.

Zoila has been cleaning my home since 1998. At first, she worked for another company, cleaned my home personally, and did a great job. Now, she has her own business and trains her workers very thoroughly so they, too, do a reliably wonderful job every time. Zoila trains the housecleaners in her company to be very thorough. I know that my house is always clean because they clean each surface routinely so that baseboards, window ledges, door frames, door jams--all those surfaces--get cleaned. Every time I return, I hire Zoila and Amazing Cleaning Services because she is the best. I have had housecleaners that spend way too much time cleaning the counter and surfaces that I clean myself every day yet those same cleaners might not reach into the nooks and crannies to get the grime that grows when spots are neglected. Zoila makes sure that her housecleaners know to get it all. When cleaners first start at your house, she comes with them so the cleaners know all that she expects. Then, as time goes on, she will come by periodically to check as they finish cleaning on some days. She ensures that you are getting a quality job. Zoila takes responsibility for any mistakes; and those mistakes are rare. The cleaners are easy to have in your home. Zoila must take good care of her employees because she has very little turnover. I have had the same cleaners for years and years. They come to my home every two weeks. Some of the cleaners are more proficient in English than others. Zoila understands and speaks English beautifully even though it is her second language. My husband is so happy we have Zoila and Amazing Cleaning Services! They were on-time, professional and honest. They did a good job! I'm going to have them come again. The company was responsive to my initial outreach by email and they came to do an in-person visit before providing a quote. Compared to other quotes I have received, their pricing was among the best. As with most cleaning services I have tried, they do charge more for the initial visit, and since I had been without a cleaning service for a few months, I'm sure there was more work needed than usual. When the cleaning day came, our two house cleaners were right on time and did a very impressive job - less than 4 hours to do a very thorough cleaning of a 1300 square foot home. As a result of the great quality of the initial service, I have hired them to do regular monthly cleanings.
Aliona responded immediately when the scheduled cleaner did not show up. She completed a day's worth of cleaning in one afternoon including cleaning appliances, window blinds , washing down walls and a bathroom tub and surround. She works very efficiently. Excellent.
Friendly & professional - we've used MM Home Services for regular house cleaning for the past 6 months or so. You can schedule deep cleaners or more regular lighter cleanings. Flexible for scheduling, and reasonably priced.
The two cleaners (an Asian couple) were a top notch - very thorough and hard-working. However, the manager/coordinator messed up with the scheduling and sent the cleaners 1 hour prior to the appointment time even though it was confirmed 3-4 times before. Specifically, the manager sent the cleaners at 2pm although the manager and I have consistently said 3pm throughout our conversations. This resulted in the cleaners being in haste at the end of their cleaning for their other appointment and they left some spots uncleaned. However, the cleaners are not to blame, but the manager/coordinator is. I gave 5 starts only to give the credit to the hard working cleaners. So, if you want to use this service, be prepared to be flexible because the manager may send the cleaners one hour earlier than the appointed time even if you confirm and reconfirm it before.
