Student Edge Painting

Introduction: Student Edge Painting, a division of Future Entrepreneurs of America, aims to deliver quality service to customers and to provide the opportunity for university and college students to gain real-life business experience as they earn tuition money. We at Student Edge have been training students and producing quality jobs since the company's inception in 1981. The organization, created as a direct response to the shortage of good summer jobs available for students, is the brainchild of a few students who took matters into their own hands and successfully ran their own painting company over the summer. Now the organization has developed into a professional painting network that employs hundreds of managers and painters each year. The reason for our success can be summed up in one word: commitment. Commitment begins with recruitment; we hire the most qualified individuals for each branch. In the spring, our managers undergo intensive training programs that teach them technical aspects of running a painting business. Training continues throughout production season, with a reliable support and guidance network always available.
