I have learned so much from the 2 months working with Collin. He has made me stronger in every aspect of my life and his workouts kick my butt on a weekly basis. Besides training me on the weekend he provides specific weekly training plans for my goals (currently half marathon training) and checks in with me during the week on my progress which helps keep me in check. I have been training with Collin for a year. I like the experience and outcome very much. Collin's program is dynamic, fun, and effective. Since working with him, I have been able to keep challenging my limits and feeling accomplished after every session.     Offering competitive pricing options with rate per session discounts. 5% off per hour for 5 session package, 10% off per hour for 10 session purchase, 20% for 20 and so on.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Get to know a little about each other either over the phone or through texts, and set up a time and place to meet for a Fitness Assessment in our first session. From there we can decide on an exercise style to best suit your needs and goals and which session packages work best for you!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science - Corporate Fitness along with several years of Health Coaching and Personal Training experience.
