We are so much happy to hire Daniel and the team to finish our roof replacement project. Firstly, i want to say Daniel is super super profession in roof field. We received a full roof report before discussing the detail of the work.(also before we decide to hire him). I used around 2 months to do my own research on the roof materials and labor cost from different sources. And comparing with Daniel's estimation. I should say his estimation is very competitive. Later on, after the work done. I realized just because he is super professional on the roof stuffs, he know how to do the work quickly and effectively. This causing his price very competitive in the market. Secondly, the foreman works supper goods as well. There are only 3-4 people coming everyday from 8AM - 4 PM. They only used 3 days to finish all the 2,800 square ft roof area replacement. They also found two rotten plywood and help us replaced new ones during the process. The work was done in Dec when there is always rains. The quick work speed makes us feel free from worrying about the rainy issue. And not bothering our neighbor to the maximum extent. Finally, we appreciate a lot for Daniel and the teams work. And will definitely hire him again when we have next roof replacement project. Great Job!

Working with Daniel has been great! He came out twice to inspect our roof and to give us quotes for both a section repair and for an entire roof replacement. He didn’t pressure us to replace the whole roof, but we ultimately decided to do that. He provided photos during and after the job via text. He stayed true to his estimate and is great to responding to our questions. Couldn’t recommend Brixton & Windsor Roofing enough!

Daniel was is a man of his word. He always communicated with me about what he was going to do.and when he was doing it. When work was completed for the day they cleaned everything up and put all their supplies away. Daniel always encouraged me to ask question. I had a small leak that I have identified however was not sure how big it was. It was peak atmospheric river and they came in to assess and give me a quote. The quote was among the best, but they were also available to come in and fix it the next business day and found the right shingle color match. I believe the workmanship was pretty good and even the plywood replacement was pretty precise.

We prefer to meet face to face so we can discuss your project details, address your concerns and answer all your questions. Our appointments for Full Replacement typically last around 45 minutes and most of the time, we will have an estimate ready for you on the spot. Once you have hired us to replace your roof, we are available throughout the whole process to assist you. We want to meet your expectations and hopefully exceed them.
