Introduction: I am fully dedicated and always go far above and beyond for each of my clients. Training is something very personal, and should be treated with enthusiasm, trust and respect. There are emotional qualities that come in to the pictures just as much as the physical aspect of training. I recognize that, and respect that everyone has their own style and preference in training & with various personality types; my goal is to make every client feel happy, confident, important, excited and comfortable with me, regardless what their training goal are. In being comfortable with me, your surroundings and ultimately yourself, you can do anything if you put your mind to it!!... and I'm here to make sure that happens!! My clients are my priority! Watching my clients challenge themselves, and watching them transform to getting healthier! I love that I am a part of that process; of not only helping them to reach their goals, but also making that connection and getting to know them, know their families and making that personal connection known. Every little milestone is extremely meaningful to me, and I love that I can celebrate it with you!

I met Jamie through another client of hers who gave her outstanding reviews. When I met her for the first time, she was energetic and so positive. We chatted about what I wanted to improve on and my goals. She was able to tailor my work outs around what I want to improve on. When I'm ready to quit, she's right there cheering me on. Today, I met with her and we worked on the elliptical, I told her I can do about two minutes and then I have to get off. I was able to do 18 minutes today! I would recommend Jamie in a heart beat. She is motivating, keeps you accountable but still listens to what you want to focus on and your personal goals of going to her. The work outs are hard but fun! She is engaged and checking your form to ensure you are performing the workout accurately. I have been going to Jamie for only three sessions so far, but am excited to see her weekly. I can already see a difference in my body with her workouts. The best part, she doesn't just care about the work out, she genuinely cares about you and your well being. I plan on continuing to see Jamie weekly until I hit my goal!

Jamie is amazing!!! She is always very encouraging, positive, fun to be around, and extremely skilled. She really knows what she’s doing, and you will feel it the next day! I never thought working out could be so much fun and my hour with her just fly’s by! Within the first week I was already feeling better and had tons of energy. I wish I could go everyday! By week 3 my pants were fitting better which motivated me even more! She has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is awesome to train with and there is never any intimidation or judgment. She works hard to customize a plan to meet your specific needs and goals, so regardless of how fit or not fit, old or young, injured or not, ect, she will create a workout plan for you. I love that every time we train its always different, so you never get burnt out doing the same things over and over, so it stays exciting. She gives you just the right amount of push and I leave there every time feeling great! I have begun to feel better in my own skin, and I am thinking more positively about myself which is priceless for me. Your search for a personal trainer should stop here! Jamie is awesome!!

Jamie is absolutely awesome. Each session I've had with her is different. I love how she spices it up every time we meet. She's taught me so many things I can do to tone with a stability ball and weights. When she notices that I'm struggling to finish a set, she's right there beside me motivating me, cheering that I can do it. With her motivation, I do finish it and it feels so good. I don't believe you could ever find the expertise and professionalism that Jamie has to offer at a typical gym. She designs my workout specifically for me. Jamie not only does physical training, but she also educates you on nutrition. She helps you figure out how much calories you should be taking in on a daily basis on workout days and non workout days. I would recommend Jamie to anyone I know, whether it is someone just wanting to shed a few pounds for a wedding or a person who is really ready to make that lifestyle change and loose a lot of weight. Since starting my sessions with Jamie, I feel better physically and mentally. I look forward to each session I have with her.

Jamie really is amazing! She never gives up and she doesn't allow you to either. I'm actually excited and enjoy working out now!
