- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For virtual assistant services, we bill on a monthly retainer, hourly, or project basis. Month-to-month retainer pricing starts at $40 hourly. Hourly and project pricing starts at $55 hourly. Discounts available for 6 month contracts. For recruiting services, we bill $40 hourly and when you sign our candidate, you pay 20% of their first year’s salary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Check out our website. Book a call. Discovery call where we discuss your business and what you need. I present you with profiles of the assistants on my team that would be a good match and a proposal. You have a fitting call with one or more assistants. You decide on an assistant, sign the contract, make the payment. Kickoff call where you'll go over expectations, share logins, etc. I will check in with you weekly, and you'll work with your assistant directly!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending the majority of my career in administrative roles, I left my job at Amazon Corporate HQ to start my own virtual assistant agency.
