Introduction: My ability to communicate effectively and understand clients needs is what makes me stand out from my peers. My 14 years of experience in the personal training field have made me effective at helping clients to clearly understand not only what they would like to achieve but what it will take to get there. Open avenues of communication are what have kept my clients both safe in the gym and comfortable in coming to me with whatever issue's they may have. Seeing the satisfaction when someone accomplishes something they either thought was very scary or just something they would never be able to do. For some it can be the first pull-up, others the first marathon. The most satisfying moment for both myself and my clients has been when they are able to know that they have achieved what they set out to do.

Jeremy is a wonderful trainer. I had contacted him earlier, but couldn’t start then. He checked in with me during a rough time, which was so kind. We started working together shortly after that. He is amazingly patient. I was quite deconditioned and he was careful to work at a speed I could tolerate while gently helping me to keep moving forward. . After several weeks, I’m already stronger and more confident. For the first time, I’m enjoying working out and look forward to seeing what else my body can do! I highly recommend that you work with Jeremy!

I had such a great experience with this trainer. I deal with some pretty significant health issues that impact my joints/muscles/and connective tissues…He was great it working with my needs and limitations. Despite my physical concerns, he was able to get me into significantly better physical health. Not just being “fit”. I was dealing with significant muscle issues, and he was able to take me from barely being able to do easy moves, to holding postures and balance, I didn’t think possible. His expertise in the areas around medical issues and injuries, makes him a rare gem. He often worked with my odd schedule and sometimes last minute physical challenges due to my autoimmune condition that causes all of the musculoskeletal issues. I’d give 10 stars if I could. If I ever regain my health and move closer to his area again, I’d hire again without hesitation -Someone coping with Lupus and Neck/Back (let’s be honest, every joint and muscle) issues :)

I hired him for personal training when I first moved to Seattle. I had been out of shape, needed a Kickstart and a general idea of how to work out that didn't involve group classes like kickboxing. He was really responsive and clear to start. Had a consultation to go over everything and was very clear about what he had in mind for my training plan. I really appreciated how instructive he was. Also, he was really conscientious to make sure I was training properly and not hurting myself. Music was great and he was funny so it made training sessions fun. Very flexible and understanding for when life happens. Very nice and professional. Would have continued using if my life wasn't a mess near the end of the year. Even with an immense amount of stress, I had managed to lose weight and felt comfortable navigating a gym for when I would go with my friends. I am really grateful and his services were one of my best purchase of 2018. I would highly recommend.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I do have a standard pricing system. I offer various services ranging from one-on-one training to group and online or remote training. Depending on the type of service and the commitment form the client the price per session can vary.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The typical process would involve a free consultation in which we discuss their goals in depth. This will allow for the set-up of a realistic time-frame for achieving those results. Measurements and Body-fat % are done to allow us to set understand the starting point so that we can set a clear destination for our journey. A movement quality assessment will be done to understand the direction training will need to take in order to see the best results in the shortest time possible.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Each 2 years we are required to recertification by doing Continuing education credits. While these are mandatory they are just the start of what I try to accomplish each year to further my education. I follow several coaches in each major category of fat loss, Performance and Corrective modalities. Finding new reading material and making a point to adapt my own methods as new techniques or science is being developed.
