FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
As a caterer the bulk of our jobs have been weddings but hve also been the caterers for memorials, military drills, and company picnics. Most often our clients have us do the catering and rentals. Our clients who have had us do the ful scale planning and execution have been very pleased also.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I have to offer is always compare apples to apples! *When you get several bids from different caterers always compare the servings per item, the staff if included, whether all the caterers are including beverages and the place settings. Look for flexibility! * Your caterer should be willing to build a menu around you, add little touches that reflect you, etc. I would be hesitant about a cater who willn't work with you on the deatials. Consider Getting as much through your caterer as possible this can save you time and money! * Some caterers like myself can do/provide your wedding cake, the bartenders, and the rentals which means less work for you and less worry. Often they can get the rentals with a discount and they have developed relationships with the vendors. Also ask the caterer questions! * Ask what happens to the leftovers as most caterers hold the rights to the leftovers so they keep them even though you pay for it. * Ask what is included for the amount quoted and get it in writing. Afterall it is no fun for you if on the day of your event you find added surprises on your bill.
