FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is normally contingent upon material selections - we can provide options, each with their own budget, to help you dial in on the right material for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out or new client will reach out to us. We will ask a few questions to gouge the size and complexity of project. Then, we set a date and time to conduct a walkthrough to jot down notes and measurements. Once that is complete, we write the estimate and send to you for review. Once the quote is reviewed, there will be some back and forth to go over any alterations in materials and/or inclusions or reductions in scope. After the quote is finalized, we go over materials and when they should be ordered, who will handle the ordering, and then schedule the project around delivery dates to help the project start and finish in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Commercial and Residential construction of 20 years. Throughout this time, we have partnered with many vendors in the area to retain competitive pricing on cabinets, countertops, and other materials.
