FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part I have standard prices but everyone has a different look. Some people have hair down to their waste and is super thick and so I have to charge accordingly because its my time and effort into making you look your best. I will always try to quote the price beforehand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, making them feel comfortable when they walk into the door. Greeting them and getting to know them a little bit is a priority for me. Client consultation is key. I try to really listen what a client is saying and repeat it back to them before starting any service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always going to classes and I'm always researching online about the latest trends. You have to stay up to date in this industry because otherwise you won't be able to keep up with what people are wanting. I'm always going to hair and makeup trade shows, hair and makeup classes...Ive had training on balayage, vivid colors, fun cuts, MAC cosmetics, bridal makeup, etc. There is always something to learn.
