We had a great experience with Carlitos. We damaged a window frame area trying to install a pot rack and weren't really sure what it took to fix. He quotes from the picture and provided a list of materials to purchase (I know some would prefer to have the handyman bring but we were able to control costs this way). He was very conscious about the time and what he quoted. Our project required some drying time and when it didn't dry according to the manufacturers estimate he offered to come back another day so it could dry overnight. We did go a little beyond the estimated time but we're already planning on bringing him back for more projects as he is very knowledgeable and was practical about what work would be required for some of our repairs. You can't tell the was ever a problem on the window (before and after photos below).
