I booked this move-out cleaning more than a week in advance and provided the address immediately. Despite having plenty of notice, they waited until 10:30 p.m. the night before my appointment to tell me they couldn’t make it. This left me scrambling to find a replacement less than 12 hours before my tenant’s move-in. Emergencies happen, but waiting until the last minute to communicate is unacceptable. Reliability is the entire reason people hire professional cleaners, and unfortunately this company failed when it mattered most. To add insult to injury I got no response
