- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the full project rather than an hourly rate. Pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, and project size. For larger projects, a 30% deposit may be required before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a free estimate and walking through the project with you. After the estimate, we send a detailed quote for review. Once the quote is approved, a deposit may be required depending on the size of the project. After the project is completed, we do a final walkthrough with the homeowner before the remaining balance is paid.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners on a wide range of landscape and hardscape projects, from smaller yard improvements to larger outdoor renovations. We're happy to work with customers on projects of different sizes and needs.
