The tiling is absolutely immaculate. The cost was very reasonable, the project was completed quickly, and we'd gladly hire Dorin again for future tiling projects. Highly recommend! In addition to being great at what he does, Dorin was responsive to our input and was happy to explain the details of what he was doing when we asked or giving us his professional advice. He has a great eye for designing what you envision. That was a bonus in itself, we really appreciate what he did in our home.

Dorin made a grave error when dealing with me. It was all set, but he pushed me by telling me that he was “frustrated” by my line of questioning and felt that I was “wasting his time”. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to go with another pro based on this treatment and level of disrespect. That cost him the job.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention. For your knowledge again, IRS doesn't Unfortunately/ fortunately we treat all our costumers the same . Our policy doesn't allow us to give extra credits/discounts other than the ones we already have . Materials and labor is priced the same for each potential client. Also, no one is exempt from paying taxes or receiving wholesale prices on services/materials other than a general contractor who has a resselers permit. And you're not falling under that category, like it was explained from the start. We value everyone's time and we value our time as well. I wish you well and good luck with your project.
