We weren't expecting a miracle with regards to our carpetcleaning. We've got a toddler, and 2 cats, and generally haven't been as militant as we could have been about being quick to treat and clean stains. The carpets were...kinda gross.
Then we found Personal Touch! He's quick, very responsive, reasonably priced, and the carpet looks great and is soft and plushy again. And best of all, I don't have to crawl around on the floor trying to find the source of the weird smells anymore.
We'll definitely be using Personal Touch again and you should, too!
