I remember when I was 15year old and set up my first concrete form for a back patio. I earned a Christmas 🎄 Tree and 15dollars. This soon became my life and what I love to do. I started as a residential carpenter and Drywall hanger, when I was 22, and after about 7 years in the trades I joined local 1144, now local 41 carpenters union and specialized in metal stud framing and wood carpentry I retired at 45, and soon started my own business. I specialize in setting up concrete pours, Driveways, walkways and steps. I love to remodel homes install hardwood floors and laminates. Im a professional tile setter and granite installer. I hold a contractors License and have a fully tooled cargo trailer, ready to complete any project from start to finish. I could not have chosen a better contractor. Michael worked with us to create an amazing cement (and tiled) patio and obtain the relevant city permit. He provided us several ideas to help us design the perfect patio.
Four of my neighbours saw Michael's work and decided that he was going to be their contractor as well. Michael also designed the trex (manufactured wood) deck of my immediate neighbours. See the adjacent decks to my patio in the pictures attached.

I came up working for residential and commercial companies.Being trained by the very best journeyman in the northwest.I have had the opportunity to train as an aprentice in the local 1144- local 41 carpenters union.I am a journeyman metal stud framer and journeyman drywall hanger by trade.I had the opportunity to build the first Disneyland store in 1991 on the Island of Oahu.I went to school for advanced blueprint reading in Redmond WA.Im also a certified heavy equipment operator.I have a first aid certificate need to reinstate 2020.Im a low powder tool operator.A Lot of years in the field has given me the need for most certification.Thank you Michael.
